I just wanted to drop you a quick note of thanks. I have been working with Ken and Lars over the last five months on our website and as the owners of a company, I wanted you to be aware that both Ken and Lars have been extremely helpful and professional in dealing with the many issues that surfaced. Their input and expertise were invaluable in getting to where we are now. During that time, I had every phone call or email request answered in usually no more than a day or two days, which frankly, I find remarkable. It is rare these days to find a company that values customer service the way your company does.
